If you or someone who know has ever congratulated another person for having lose weight, or felt bad and concerned about someone having gained weight without thinking about how that could affect them mentally then chances are you are consciously or subconsciously biased by weight stigma. This is common in India where understanding of disordered eating and Eating Disorders is, at best, extremely limited!!

The only way to stop becoming a part of the problem and actively educate ourselves so we can be part of the solution!!
