Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge-eating are the three most common types of Eating Disorders, the this world goes way beyond these 3 types of diseases. Stay tuned to learn more about the various manifestations of Eating Disorders.


Anorexia is characterized by significant weight loss, a distorted body image, and much lower weight than appropriate for one's height, age and build.

Bulimia is characterized by constant cycles of bingeing and purging (inducing vomit) to compensate for the calories ingested during the binge.

Binge-eating Disorder is characterized by repeated occurrences of eating extremely large quantities of food and feeling a lack of control to stop.
