To encourage happy eating for everyone, we have curated a free downloadable Food Journal! Our journal comes with multiple activities, prompts and trackers to encourage you to pen down your daily thoughts, feelings and behaviours around food and body. This helps in managing stressful and preoccupied thoughts about calories and appearance by focusing more on the colourful aspects of food.
